Dubuque Police arrested 20 year old Jacqusyn Grubb of Dubuque Tuesday in the area of Clarke Drive and Saint Ambrose Street on charges of interference with official acts while in possession of a firearm, person ineligible to carry a dangerous weapon, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while intoxicated.
