An Iowa County man died Friday after a crash on US Highway 14 west of Arena. Emergency crews were called to the area of US Highway 14 just east of County Highway H at around 6:05 a.m. for a report of a two-vehicle crash. According to the Iowa County Sheriff’s department, an investigation found that a westbound vehicle driven by 35 year old Micheal Keister of Arena crossed the center line and hit an eastbound vehicle driven by a 19-year-old from Spring Green head-on. The 19-year-old was taken to UW Hospital. Keister was pronounced dead at the scene. US Highway 14 was closed for about four hours while an investigation was completed.
