Police say a Dubuque man repeatedly sexually abused two people under the age of 18 whom he knew. 70 year old Benjamin Atchison was arrested Saturday on a warrant charging second-degree sexual abuse-second or subsequent offense, second-degree sexual abuse, two counts of third-degree sexual abuse, lascivious acts with a child-second or subsequent offense, lascivious acts with a child, two counts of indecent contact with a child and child endangerment. Atchison previously was convicted of sexual abuse and assault with intent to commit sexual abuse in 1994 in Webster County, Iowa.
