Dubuque Man Arrested For Cocaine and Marijuana

Dubuque Police arrested 30 year old Adam Young of Dubuque on Wednesday at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a warrant charging possession of cocaine with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
