Assault With injury Charges For Dubuque Man

Dubuque Police arrested 29 year old Eric Thomas of Dubuque Thursday at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a warrant charging domestic assault with injury, violation of a no-contact order and obstruction of emergency communication.
