National Prescription Drug Take Back Day is Saturday

Area law enforcement agencies are participating in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day. It’s being held Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Local agencies and sites involved in National Prescription Drug Take Back Day include: the Dubuque Drug Task Force, the Dubuque County Emergency Responder Training Facility, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department, Maquoketa Police Department, the Bellevue Police Department, and the Benton. Also, the Platteville, Lancaster, Shullsburg, Fennimore, Boscobel, and Darlington Police Departments will have drop boxes available for medication disposal.
