Police Arrest A Man On Drug Charges in Dubuque

A man was arrested by Dubuque Police on drug charges Sunday. 41 year old Jason Oberbroeckling was arrested around 1:45pm Sunday on Main Street in Dubuque on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
