Arrest For OWI on A UTV in Darlington

Darlington Police arrested 51 year old Jason Lahman of Dixon, Illinois Saturday just after 10pm for OWI on a UTV following a traffic stop on Highway 81. Lahman was also cited for refusing to provide a required blood sample.
