Marijuana and Meth Charges For Dubuque Man

A 37 year old Dubuque man is facing drug charges after his arrest on Sunday. Dubuque Police arrested Timothy Herber Sunday just after 3am in the 1800 block of Greyhound Park Road on a warrant charging possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
