Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to Stone Hill Avenue in the Village of Belmont Monday around 4:30am for a disorderly conduct complaint. 27 year old Ruben Lanza-Montoya of Belmont was arrested for Battery, Disorderly Conduct, and Bail Jumping. Lanza-Montoya was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody.
