Dubuque Man Busted For Possession of Drugs

Dubuque Police arrested 31 year old Jacob Puccio of Dubuque Wednesday morning in the 100 block of Kerper Boulevard on charges of possession of hydrocodone, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
