Police arrested a Dubuque man for an incident early Saturday morning. 35 year old Ronald Cole of Dubuque as arrested around 2:50am in the area of East 17th Street and Central Avenue on warrants charging two counts of domestic assault with injury, two counts of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, contempt of court and a parole violation.
