Authorities said a teenage motorcyclist was killed in a head-on collision Sunday in Delaware County. 15 year old Caleb Jurgens of Hopkinton, was pronounced dead at the scene. According to the Iowa State Patrol, Jurgens was operating a motorcycle south in the 2800 block of 310th Avenue at approximately around Noon Sunday in rural Hopkinton when the motorcycle crossed the center line and struck a vehicle driven north on 310th Avenue by 24 year old Austin Schwendinger of Epworth. Schwendinger and a passenger, 25 year old Kaitlyn Schwendinger, also of Epworth, both had minor injuries.
