Teen Arrested For Role In Large Fight

Police say a teenager was arrested for his role in a large fight last month in Dubuque. 18 year old Marke Powell-Moore of Dubuque was arrested Saturday on charges of unlawful possession of a prescription drug, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia as well as a warrant charging participation in a riot. A report says  that police responded on May 25th to an alley behind the 1700 block of White Street for a report of a large physical disturbance. Traffic camera footage showed multiple people acting in a violent manner by throwing rocks and garbage cans. In all, five people were arrested that night on charges of disorderly conduct and interference with official acts.
