Dubuque Man Faces Drug Charges

A 33 year old Dubuque man was arrested by Dubuque Police Tuesday. Jacob Laufenberg was arrested around 4:45 p.m. Tuesday in the area of 15th and Elm streets on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as a warrant charging second-degree theft.
