A man has pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from his role in a fatal shooting in Dubuque that occurred earlier this year. 27 year old Kenneth Reed of Indianapolis entered the plea in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County to charges of first-degree murder and first-degree robbery. The charges stem from the February 7th shooting death of 31 year old Lonnie Burns of Dubuque, in which four other people were also charged.
