Woman Injures Dubuque Police Officer During Arrest

Dubuque Police arrested 25 year old Olivia Lyons Monday in the 2900 block of Central Avenue on charges of interference with official acts with injury, disorderly conduct and two counts of first-degree harassment. Reports say that Lyons injured a Dubuque police officer when she was taken into custody.
