Dubuque County authorities arrested 52 year old Michael Casey of Cedar Rapids Friday just after midnight in Peosta on charges of operating while intoxicated, interference with official acts causing bodily injury, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A report says that a Dubuque County Sheriff’s Department deputy was injured while arresting Casey.
