Asbury Man Arrested For Posting Sexually Explicit Photos of Woman

Authorities say a Dubuque County man posted sexually explicit photographs and videos of a woman who was under age 18 at the time. 21 year old Brandon Armstrong of Asbury was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging first-degree harassment and sexual exploitation of a minor. A report states that a woman under the age of 20 reported to authorities in July 2022 that she had been informed that there were numerous nude photographs and sexually explicit videos of her posted on a website. The woman told authorities the pictures were taken when she was under age 18. A report says Armstrong admitted to authorities during an interview in August 2022 that he had been in a relationship with the woman.
