North Grandview Avenue will have a northbound lane closure near Hale Street for private water utility starting 8:00 a.m Monday July 31 until 5:00 p.m Friday August 4. No parking will be allowed along the north and south side of this section of North Grandview Avenue, with northbound traffic using the southbound lane. Southbound traffic will detoured. Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
