Dubuque Police arrested 39 year old Curnet Brewer of Dubuque around 3am Tuesday in the area of Rhomberg Avenue and Hamilton Street on a charge of interference with official acts with injury and warrants charging two counts of probation violation. Reports say that Brewer injured a Dubuque police officer while he was taken into custody.
