Man Arrested For Possession of Meth

Dubuque Police arrested 56 year old Vance Barton of Dubuque around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on warrants charging possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, failure to appear and violation of pretrial supervision.
