A Dubuque man has been arrested for his role in a retail theft scheme. 33 year old Andrew Trilk was arrested Wednesday at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a warrant charging second-degree theft and conspiracy to commit a felony. According to a report, Trilk processed a no-receipt return at Menards, for an item that had been identified as stolen by the store. An investigation found that Trilk and four other individuals had fraudulently returned stolen items from Menards beginning in May. The returns resulted in the theft of over $2,000 worth of merchandise. The scheme was directed by a yet to be named individual.
