Dubuque Police arrested 23 year old Garrett Egan of Dubuque Sunday in the 100 block of Main Street on two counts of assault on persons in certain occupations and one count each of assault on persons in certain occupations causing bodily injury, interference with official acts, inflicting bodily injury, interference with official acts causing bodily injury and second-degree harassment. A report says Egan assaulted three Dubuque Police Department personnel.
