Woman Arrested For OWI And Possession of Ecstasy

Dubuque Police arrested 34 year old Shaqouia Hoffman around 1am Monday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 61 and the Locust Street Connector on charges of operating while intoxicated, possession of ecstasy, possession of marijuana and providing false identification information.
