Dubuque Man Arrested on Drug Charges

Officials with the Dubuque Police Department arrested 26 year old Alex Henry of Dubuque around 3:40 p.m. Wednesday in the 2100 block of Holliday Drive on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and intoxication by drugs.
