Police Arrest Dubuque Man For Drug Possession

Police in Dubuque arrested 46 year old Michael Pennison of Dubuque around 4:30 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Verena Court and Seippel Road on charges of possession of methamphetamine and interference with official acts.
