8th St. Full Road Closure Locust St. & Alley towards Main Street

8th Street will have a full road closure between Locust Street and the Alley towards Main Street in Dubuque for crane work starting at 8:00 a.m Monday to 5:00 p.m Friday September 29th. No parking will be available along Locust Street in front of the Roshek Building during this duration. Motorists will need follow the posted detour and/or use a different route during this time.
