Dubuque Police arrested 30 year old Edward Adams of Dubuque around 4:35 a.m. Sunday in the area of East 20th and Elm streets on charges of disorderly conduct, assault on persons in certain occupations and second-degree harassment. A report says that Adams assaulted a Dubuque police officer when he was taken into custody.
