Two Vehicle Accident Injures Two People From Illinois

Shullsburg Fire and EMS responded to County Highway W in White Oak Springs Township for a two vehicle accident. 57 year old Darla Korth of Apple River was traveling south on County Highway O in her vehicle. Meanwhile, 30 year old Madeline Runde of Libertyville, Illinois was traveling west on County Highway W in a 2023 Subaru when she failed to stop at a stop sign, striking the passenger side of Korth’s vehicle. Korth reported no injuries and Runde was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Both vehicles were towed from the scene with severe damage.
