A new market president has been named to oversee operations at UnityPoint Health-Dubuque. Jennifer Havens is set to begin October 23 and is coming to Dubuque from her previous role as president of UnityPoint Health-Grinnell Regional Medical Center. In her new position, Havens will be responsible for the management of operations for UnityPoint Health-Finley and the UnityPoint Health-Visiting Nurse Association to ensure financial, operational and quality metric goals are met.
