A Dubuque woman has been sentenced to two to five years of probation for cashing a bad check at a local credit union. 40 year old Aimee Pierce received a deferred judgment in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County after pleading guilty to a charge of forgery. A report says that authorities were notified June 6, 2022, that bad checks had been used at DuTrac Community Credit Union.
