Police seek the driver of a vehicle involved in a crash that seriously injured a bicyclist in Dubuque. 46 year old Aaron Skrocki of Dubuque was taken by a passerby to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center for treatment of serious injuries. Police said Skrocki was riding a bike south in the 1200 block of Southern Avenue at 11:30 a.m. Monday when a northbound vehicle crossed the center line, causing Skrocki to swerve in order to avoid a collision and crash into an embankment. Police said Skrocki was wearing a helmet but suffered multiple broken bones in the crash.
