Dubuque Man Arrested in Darlington

A Dubuque man was arrested in Darlington on drug charges. 32 year old Anthony Stowers of Dubuque was arrested Monday around 9pm for possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Main Street.
