Police in Dubuque arrested 37 year old Kristen Laufenberg of Dubuque at around10:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 3200 block of Kaufmann Avenue on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of Vyvanse, possession of tramadol hydrochloride, unlawful possession of a prescription drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating while intoxicated.
