Lafayette County Sheriff’s officials arrested 22 year old Cristopher Hernandez-Mijango of Prairie du Chien Saturday around 10:15am on Highway 81 in Elk Grove Township for his 3rd offense of Operating while Intoxicated, Operating after Revocation, Failure to Install an Ignition Interlock Device, and a Probation Violation. Hernandez-Mijango was taken to the Lafayette County Jail where he remains in custody. Hernandez-Mijango was also cited for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Speeding. Hernandez-Mijango’s passenger, 19 year old Jenna Torstenson of Darlington was cited for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
