Dubuque Man Arrested For Public Intoxication and Assault

Dubuque Police arrested 25 year old Stanislaus Charlery, of Dubuque around 3:15 a.m. Sunday at his residence on charges of domestic assault with injury, public intoxication and two counts of child endangerment.
