A Dubuque man has been arrested after police say he repeatedly sexually assaulted a woman he knew. 35 year old Garrett Uhlik of Dubuque was arrested Friday at his residence on a charge of third-degree sexual abuse. According to a report, Uhlik assaulted the woman at her home multiple times in January and February of this year. Uhlik is being held in the Dubuque County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond. A preliminary court date is set for Wednesday, November 15th.
