A Dubuque man has pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography. 39-ear-old James Peacock, recently pleaded guilty in Iowa District Court of Dubuque County to two counts of possession of a depiction of a minor in a sex act. A sentencing hearing is set for Jan. 22, and the state is expected to recommend a four-year prison sentence. As part of a proposed plea deal, two other counts of possession of a depiction of a minor in a sex act would be dropped.
