The East Dubuque Fire Department responded to almost an identical number of calls in 2023 as it did the year prior. The department announced online that its firefighters and EMS personnel responded to 371 calls for service in 2023, three more than the 368 calls for service that they handled in 2022. The department had 293 “patient contacts” in 2023, about 8% less than the 319 reported in 2022.
