Police in Dubuque arrested 21 year old Darian Wynn of Dubuque at around 3pm Wednesday in the area of East Sixth and White streets on charges of violation of a no-contact order and two counts of interference with official acts with injury. A report says that Wynn injured two Dubuque Police Department officers while being apprehended.
