Cascade Man Arrested For 3rd OWI Offense

Dubuque County authorities arrested 66 year old Jerald Reiter of Cascade Wednesday around 7p.m. in the 500 block of John F. Kennedy Road on a charge of third-offense operating while intoxicated.
