A weather-related traffic accident yesterday disabled the traffic signals at the intersection of Asbury Rd. and Carter Rd. Until repairs can be made, Asbury Rd. will be “free-flow” at this intersection and Carter Rd. will have temporary stop signs on each side of Asbury Rd. Due to the damage to the traffic control equipment, this will not be a quick repair and the temporary traffic control will be in place until further notice.
