Dubuque Man Arrested For Possession of Cocaine

Police in Dubuque arrested 32 year old Cody Helbing of Dubuque Wednesday just after 12noon in the 700 block of Central Avenue on a warrant charging possession of cocaine-third or subsequent offense and possession of contraband in a correctional institution.
