One Vehicle Accident in Gratiot Township

A deputy with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department responded to CTH KK in Gratiot Township Sunday around 2am for a one vehicle accident. 19 year old Hayden Brunner of South Wayne went off the roadway, into the ditch, and hit a guardrail. No injuries were reported. Brunner’s vehicle had disabling damage and was towed from the scene. As a result, Brunner was cited with Failure to Keep Vehicle Under Control, Inattentive Driving, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, and Underage Person in Possession of Alcohol.
