Pedestrian Traffic Signals Out at Dubuque Intersection

Traffic signals are once again operational at the intersection of Asbury and Carter roads in Dubuque. But, officials say the pedestrian signals remain out. Wiring issues mean that the pedestrian signals at the intersection remain nonoperational until further notice.
