A lane of a Dubuque roadway will be closed due to traffic signal repairs. The eastbound lane of West Ninth Street will be closed at Bluff Street from 8 a.m. Monday, Jan. 29, to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 30. A release states that motorists will need to follow a posted detour or use a different route during lane closure.
