Dubuque Man Arrested For Domestic Assault With Strangulation

Dubuque Police arrested 48 year old Raymond L. Lee Sr., of Dubuque at around10:3o p.m. Sunday in the 2000 block of Kerper Boulevard on charges of domestic assault with strangulation, domestic assault-third or subsequent offense and interference with official acts.
