Dubuque Police Arrest Man At MercyOne Medical Center

Dubuque Police arrested 28 year old Michael Frey of Dubuque just after 2pm Monday at MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center on charges of third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal mischief, interference with official acts and two counts of first-degree harassment.
