Man Pronounced Dead After Being Struck By Semi

A man is dead after he was hit by a semi-truck in Fennimore Sunday night, according to the Fennimore Police Department. Police said an adult was crossing 12th Street at Lincoln Avenue when he was struck by a southbound semi turning onto 12th Street. 911 was immediately called and the truck was located on Highway 18 in Fennimore’s industrial park. Police said the pedestrian died of injuries from the crash.
